Responsibilities:
- Our Quality Assurance Inspectors are responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of our die-cast aluminum parts throughout all stages of the process.
- Their duties include testing and inspecting products, effectively reading blueprints and diagrams to determine proper dimensions, interpreting data, advising on process adjustments, identifying defects, utilizing various gauging tools and techniques, and conducting internal QMS, gauge, and process audits.
- Experience operating a coordinate measuring machine is desired.
Qualifications:
- A one-year certificate from a college or technical school; or one to three years related experience is required for this position.
- Applicants must be able to read and interpret documents such as maintenance instructions and procedural manuals and be capable of defining problems and collecting data.
- All other skills required to perform the job will be taught during the training process.
- Hiring wage is dependent upon level of education and experience.
This position is available on first shift from 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday. When offered, overtime is generally worked on Fridays.
